1. B2B Wholesale Scope & Quotations

Shichen Hardware operates primarily as a B2B manufacturer and exporter of wire mesh office storage products.

• Quotations & Validity: Formal quotations provided via official email or WhatsApp are valid for 30 calendar days unless specified otherwise due to raw material (steel wire/sheet metal) market fluctuations.
• Order Quantities: Wholesale and custom production orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) as agreed upon during initial RFQ discussions.

2. OEM/ODM Customization & Proofing

For custom wire mesh structure manufacturing, branding, and packaging requests:

• Technical Specifications: Clients must provide verified CAD files, dimensional drawings, or physical samples prior to sample mold setup.
• Sample Approval: Mass production strictly commences only after written sign-off and approval of physical pre-production samples by the client.

3. Production, Shipping & Lead Times

We maintain rigorous manufacturing control to ensure on-time delivery across ocean, air, and multimodal logistics:

• Lead Times: Estimated production schedules provided during order confirmation are based on current factory capacity. Unexpected delays caused by force majeure or customs holds are communicated immediately.
• Incoterms: Standard trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP) are finalized during contract execution and documented on the official Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Quality Assurance & Inspection

Every shipment undergoes strict factory quality control covering spot-welding strength, powder coating surface finish, and load capacity testing.

• Third-Party Inspection: Clients retain full rights to arrange third-party pre-shipment inspections (e.g., SGS, TÜV, or designated QC agents) prior to container loading.
• Defect Claims: Any quality discrepancies must be reported in writing within 30 days of shipment arrival at the destination port, supported by clear photographic or video evidence.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including product photos, mesh structure designs, corporate logos, and technical descriptions—is the proprietary property of Shichen Hardware. Custom CAD designs and proprietary branding provided by clients remain 100% the intellectual property of the respective clients and will not be shared or resold to third parties under NDA.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shichen Hardware shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper product installation, weight overloading beyond specified tolerances, or freight delays beyond reasonable factory control.
